PGCRM is operated by Ozrit Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account information you provide — name, email, phone, hostel/company name and login credentials.

Operational data you enter to run your property — buildings, rooms, tenant records (including KYC documents you upload), payments, complaints and expenses.

Usage and device information collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide the service: storing and displaying your property data, processing rent and subscription payments, and sending reminders and notifications you enable.

To support you, improve the product, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use resident KYC documents for anything other than the feature you uploaded them for.

Subscription and rent payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers; payment processors handle card data under their own security standards.

We share data only with service providers who help us run PGCRM (hosting, payments, communications) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

We protect data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit. We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you request deletion.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email hello@ozrit.xyz and we'll help. Residents should contact their PG owner, who is the controller of their records.
