Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PGCRM, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

PGCRM provides software to manage paying-guest and hostel operations — buildings, tenants, rent collection, complaints, expenses and reports. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for using resident data lawfully, including obtaining any consents required to store KYC documents.

Paid plans begin after any free trial and renew automatically for the billing cycle you choose until cancelled.

Fees are stated on our Pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, and no use that infringes the rights of others.

We work hard to keep PGCRM available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your data within a reasonable window.
